Souris is home to one of Manitoba’s Star Attractions – the Souris Swinging Bridge. It is Canada’s longest swinging suspension bridges measuring 604 feet long and attracts thousands of tourists each year. Located close to the Souris Swinging Bridge is where you will find our unique museums, including one of Canada’s most important heritage properties. The Hillcrest Museum, Railway Museum & Diesel Engine Simulator, The Plum Heritage Museum & Tourist Centre allow you to step back in time and learn the history of Souris through personal tours available by appointment.
