History of the Souris Hotel

Prior to the new 9 Million Souris Hotel and Murray Building, the land was formerly occupied by Murray Auto Dealership and was the original site in 1926 of A.A. (Andy) Murray Auto Dealership.

Steel Creek Developers partnered with a mostly local ownership group which includes the Murray Family, to contribute to the community of Souris, this new development for downtown Souris.  The Hotel and Active Adult Residence Apartments, will compliment the current business community and partner with the Residents and Businesses to help position Souris for continued growth.  We strive to be a strong contributing business partner to help service our community and visitors.
